      Appointments can be made through our Site, by phone at (949) 464-5770, or in person at our Laguna Hills location. While we strive for accurate availability, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel if necessary (e.g., provider availability or emergencies).
   2. Fees and Payments
      You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the Services you receive. We will explain costs, including co-pays, insurance billing, or out-of-pocket expenses. Fees are subject to change, but any changes will not affect services already booked.
   3. Cancellation and Refunds
      1. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. In certain cases, a cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply, as stated in our office policy.
      2. Refunds: Refunds for products or services are subject to our internal policies and California consumer protection laws. Where required by law, we will honor refunds or returns within specified timeframes. Otherwise, we may provide credit or partial refunds at our discretion.
   4. Insurance Claims
      If using insurance, you authorize us to bill your insurer on your behalf. You remain responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or balances not covered by your insurance plan.

      Our total liability, under any theory of law or cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount you paid (if any) for the specific Service in dispute, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is higher.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Regenerative Aesthetics and Dermatology, including our directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Site or Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party’s rights.

    3. Class Action Waiver
       To the extent permitted by California law, any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute shall be conducted solely on an individual basis, and you agree not to participate in a class or representative action against us.

       Notwithstanding the above, we or you may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a California state or federal court to protect intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

10. TERMINATION

1. 1. Termination by Us
      We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Services at any time, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms.
   2. Termination by You
      You may discontinue your use of the Site and Services at any time. However, any outstanding obligations (such as payment of fees) will survive termination.
   3. Survival
      Any provision intended to survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) remains in effect even after your relationship with us ends.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
